4. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
If a cancellation and refund are approved, any applicable transaction, bank transfer, payment processing, or administration fees may be deducted from the refund. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

5. Returns & Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.
For return or damage claims, an unboxing video may be required as proof of the condition of the package and product upon arrival. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the item.
Without sufficient evidence, including an unboxing video when requested, we may be unable to approve a return, replacement, or refund claim.
This requirement helps protect both the buyer and seller from fraudulent or unsupported claims.
